Experteer Overview
In this role you will define and execute local go-to-market strategies for Grid Automation, spanning IED, software and standardized solutions. You will support MEA markets and onboard channel partners, while leading the Grid Automation marketing team to drive demand and customer value. You will align marketing and sales efforts with global strategy, focusing on key metrics like demand, margin, NPS, and on-time delivery. This position offers global impact within a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.

* Define and implement local go-to-market strategy for Grid Automation
* Coordinate and lead Product Marketing Specialists within the Grid Automation community
* Scout and onboard new Channel Partners and define partnership business plans
* Create demand through technical promotion and value-based selling
* Evaluate market opportunities aligned with Grid Components strategy
* Bridge value chain between Division Marketing & Sales and Factory Marketing & Sales to improve processes
* Focus on total demand orders, margin, net price variance, NPS, and on-time delivery
* Develop and implement annual marketing plan with Distribution Solutions Division and Grid Components Business Line
* Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
Responsabilità
* University degree in Electrical/Electronic/Automation/Software Engineering
* 5+ years of experience in product marketing or product management in a multicultural environment
* Experience with Grid Automation, Substation Automation and/or Protection Relays
* Knowledge of the Utility segment (TSO and DSO)
* Experience with multi-channel go-to-market, including channel partners
* Ability to work in an international environment with a collaborative attitude
* Global mindset and intercultural sensitivity; excellent communication skills
* Understanding of Business Strategy, Budget & Performance Targets, Customer Experience Success, Digital Marketing
