Seltis Management Search is seeking a professional for a multinational logistics company. The candidate will report directly to the Team Manager and will be responsible for promoting company services and products, achieving planned objectives for product lines and services, and actively participating with the team and other branch stakeholders to develop the market, generating cross-selling opportunities in the Treviso and province areas.
Position
Main Activities
1. Manage the entire sales process and be responsible for market development aligned with strategic and operational objectives for the assigned area.
2. Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential clients through planning and conducting visits.
3. Manage opportunities, negotiations, orders, and activities essential for daily commercial operations using company digital tools.
4. Develop proposals aimed at promoting the sale of services and products, creating cross-selling opportunities.
5. Participate in debt recovery and complaint management.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
* Brief prior experience in B2B sales of instrumental goods.
* Proficiency in Office package and CRM tools.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, result-oriented, and problem-solving abilities.
The candidate will operate in the Treviso area and surrounding province.
