With distribution in over 100 countries, Spin Master is best known for award-winning brands PAW Patrol, Bakugan, Kinetic Sand, Air Hogs, Hatchimals, Rubik’s Cube and GUND, and is the global toy licensee for other popular properties. /ppbWhat will you work on? /b /ppThe Key Account Manager is the lead point of contact for all matters specific to his / her customers. They are responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise the profit. /ppbHow will you create impact? /b /pulliDeveloping annual business plans that deliver upon company goals and meet customer needs /liliDeliver product presentations, business proposals and ad plans to customers on time /liliUnderstand the customer timelines and proactively provide customers with all information and materials required to make decisions and manage business effectively /liliWork with support team to develop forecasts that best reflect market realities; update forecasts as required, on a monthly basis as a minimum /liliTimely and effective review of actual performance to ensure goals are achieved and adjust plans as necessary /liliManage customer specific budgets and update salesforce /liliAnalysis of sell through data and market intelligence to maximise business opportunities while minimising risk /liliCommunicate clearly and efficiently with customers; and provide fast solutions to challenges /liliWork proactively and effectively with team members to deliver best possible customer service /liliWork in a team environment, providing feedback and coaching to your account management team /liliQuickly gain a thorough understanding of all account business objectives and marketing plans by gaining multi-level and cross functional contacts within your account portfolio /liliDevelop innovative sales and marketing led account plans that will maximise Spin Master Italia’s performance within each account /liliCo-ordinate trade marketing and marketing activity within your accounts to ensure delivery of planned volume, distribution and profit targets /liliMaximise account profitability through strategic business planning including delivery of volume, revenue and margin and creative promotional work and good use of data to provide category solutions /liliWork closely with accounts to gain joint agreement on objectives for sales growth whilst managing each account selections process /liliNegotiate at senior level to ensure Spin Master Italia maximises the advantage of long term supply agreements and optimises all elements of the marketing mix /liliAccurate forecasting and working closely with the planning team to ensure stock is delivered to accounts as required /liliFlexibility regarding accounts managed /liliActively work as part of a team to create a solution oriented culture, leading by example /liliMaintain and further develop the strong commercial and personal relationships between Spin Master Italia and the account base and ensure Spin Master Italia remains a preferred supplier /li /ulpbWhat are your skills and experience? /b /pulliBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related area /lili3-5 years of experience in similar role, Toy industry background preferred /liliDemonstrated success managing a business portfolio with a national retailer, toys retailer preferred /liliRetail experience either at store level or retail planning experience is an asset /liliCustomer driven approach and a “go-getter” attitude /liliAbility to build and maintain relationships, both externally and internally /liliProficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
