Role Overview Sales Manager – Power Quality Department
Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities across Central and Southern Italy for low voltage regulation, power quality analyzers, dissolved gas analysis, and partial discharge systems.
Maintain customer relationships, present technical solutions, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and represent the company at industry events and trade fairs.
Requirements Sales and negotiation skills (5+ years experience) with a proven track record in business development and sales objectives.
Strong technical knowledge in electro‐technical and electronics sectors.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and managing client relationships.
Organizational and time‐management abilities to handle multiple clients and projects.
Fluency in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus).
Travel Willingness to travel across Central and Southern Italy (50% of the time) and to Bolzano 3–4 days per month.
