Join Ermes in transforming web security and shaping a safer digital world!About the roleWe are looking for a Business Development Manager – Cyber Security to drive business growth across Italy and selected European markets.The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with a solid background in the technology sector, building long-term relationships with corporate and enterprise clients and identifying new business opportunities.You will work closely with executive leadership, product teams, and technical experts to promote innovative cybersecurity solutions and help organizations strengthen their digital security posture.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.Identify, engage, and acquire new corporate and enterprise customers.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs, IT Directors, CISOs, and other decision-makers.Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and contract closure.Collaborate with technical and product teams to position Ermes solutions effectively.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.Develop strategic partnerships and expand Ermes' presence within target markets.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.Key Requirements7+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Account Management, or related commercial roles.Proven experience within the IT, Technology, Software, Cloud, Managed Services, System Integration, or Cyber Security sectors.Strong track record in developing new business and managing strategic customer relationships.Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders and decision-makers.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Strong business mindset and results-oriented approach.Fluent in spoken and written Italian and English.Availability to travel across Italy and Europe when required.Nice to HavePrevious experience in Cyber Security.Experience selling security, cloud, networking, or enterprise software solutions.Existing network of contacts within enterprise organizations.Knowledge of the DACH market.German language skills.Familiarity with cybersecurity trends, cloud security, and digital risk management.What We OfferA young work environmentSmart workingWelfare annual packageDiversity friendly workspaceSalary range: €50,000–€70,000, depending on experience and seniorityCompetitive variable compensation linked to business results and revenue growthCompany carHealth insurance coverage€7 daily meal vouchersJob LocationTurin, Italy
