Luise Yachting RivieraThe position is a seasonal role aimed at supporting the Operations Departments based in Portofino and Genova within the extended Riviera area. The role requires a reliable team member to assist in the implementation of current operations by delivering high-standard concierge, logistic and technical services through a variety of daily tasks, ensuring the successful fulfillment of clients' requests, the Company's global operations, management directives, and overall performance targets during the seasonal period.Please send an email with a brief presentation and your CV dated and signed to: riviera@luise.comduties AND RESPONSIBILITIES under the responsibility of the OPS Manager- Customers' welcome on site with the OPS Manager; - Reception of requests and execution of services; - Suppliers' invoices verification according to quotations & service provided; - Company database datasentry (services ordered & delivered / contact details / documents compliance); - Invoices drafting;- Ordering stationary furniture and various items for the office; - Support the OPS Manager on the overall activities.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS- 2 or more years of Maritime / Yachting agency experience (not compulsory); - Certificate of higher education; - Basic knowledge of theYachting Industry and its stakeholders; - Onboard experience is a plus; - Bilingual in the English Italian Languages (written & verbal), any other language is a plus; - Information Technologyproficiency "Microsoft office"; - Proficiency on database management tools.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- Advanced communication & interpersonal skills; - Multi-cultural & cross-cultural awareness; - Customer service experience; - Luxury sector service experience; - Excellent analytical skills; - Capable of working independently / autonomously; - Organizational and time management skills.KEY BEHAVIORS- Accountability on duties- Polite & politically correct behavior; - Team player with a collaborative spirit; - Flexibility (time, tasks, projects, travel, out of hours); - Proactive & a self-starter; - Resourceful & problem solving; - Strict confidentialityin regard to the Company' activities, members and clients.ADDITIONAL NOTES- Working out of hours subject to the needs of the service and approval from the line manager; - Strict conduct & performance management; - Non-disclosure;- The overall content & duties of the job description is subject to the needs of the service;
