Manage the sales and promotion of XCMG road machinery products across the Italian market
Develop and maintain strong relationships with end customers, contractors, and key accounts
Achieve annual sales targets and business objectives set by the company
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in assigned territories
Analyze customer needs and formulate effective regional sales strategies
Collaborate closely with the technical support and after-sales teams to deliver tailored product solutions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention
Your profile
Proven sales experience with international first-tier brands in the road machinery sector
Strong knowledge of the Italian market for rollers, milling machines, pavers, bulldozers, and road construction machinery
Basic understanding of crushing and screening equipment is considered a plus
Existing network xrdztoy of end-user customers in the Italian road machinery market is highly preferred
Fluent Italian and English skills
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Results-oriented mindset with strong commercial drive
Availability to travel extensively within Italy
