Purpose of the role :
As a Store Manager of our store in Milan and part of the retail team, you will play a key role in driving the brand’s growth in the local market. This position, as a maternity leave substitute, offers the opportunity to fully manage your store and team, while developing your skills in a dynamic environment surrounded by highly competent and determined professionals.
Your Impact :
* Business & Client Development :
Monitor store performance and stay informed about market trends to drive results. Take ownership of the P&L, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with managers to implement action plans that achieve commercial goals. Establish a client-centric mindset to deliver an outstanding in-store experience and meet CRM objectives. Translate store objectives into daily targets, motivate and inspire the team to reach them. Maintain a strong floor presence to support your team and act as a key link between the Head Office and the store.
1. Brand Ambassador :
Embark as an ambassador for the company’s culture and values. Ensure every client has an exceptional experience and handle delicate customer situations when necessary to uphold high service standards.
2. Process Management :
Guarantee compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal processes. Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring efficient stock management and store planning. Drive the execution of digitalization initiatives within the store.
3. Team Leadership & Development :
Evaluate team performance to retain top talent and identify potential recruits. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that promotes team spirit. Coach and support your team regularly to develop key skills, ensuring their growth and success. Serve as a brand ambassador and handle delicate customer situations to maintain high service standards.
Profile :
* Minimum of 5 years in a management role
* Proven successful experience in selling Ready-to-Wear and Leather Goods in Fashion or Luxury Retail
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
