Job Description:
Responsibilities:
* Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, supporting strategic objectives.
* Drive business growth through strategic initiatives, focusing on new markets and client segments in healthcare technologies.
* Plan and execute commercial strategies to increase visibility and market reach.
* Source new clients in the US and Asia to build a sustainable client base.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry, ensuring tangible business outcomes.
* Lead proposal development with Market Access teams to secure new projects.
* Gather and share customer insights to influence product innovation.
* Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive project delivery.
* Support and report to the Head of Market Access, contributing to strategy and updates.
* Represent the company externally at industry events and networks.
Required Experience:
* Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
* Experience in strategic relationship management within life sciences.
* Proficiency in the full sales cycle, including cross-selling.
* Knowledge of Market Access factors, including HTA processes in Europe and JAPAC.
* Ability to effectively engage with senior/executive clients.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
* 7+ years in business development, commercialization, or innovation within pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
* Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
* Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
* Ability to work across multiple time zones and cultures.
* Independent, motivated, and proactive with a team-oriented attitude.
