Job Description


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager – Wholesale to oversee and grow our wholesale business in France and the Benelux region (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg). This role is key in managing relationships with existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that the brand is well represented across all wholesale channels. The ideal candidate has strong commercial acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the fashion wholesale market in Western Europe.


* Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts across France and Benelux.
* Build strong relationships with key buyers, agents, and distributors.
* Ensure brand alignment and product presentation in all wholesale points of sale.
* Act as the main point of contact for regional wholesale clients.
* Drive seasonal sales targets and annual revenue goals for the region.
* Conduct seasonal sales campaigns and showroom appointments during buying sessions.
* Monitor order intake, sell-through performance, and re-orders to optimize business.
* Collaborate with the internal sales operations team on order management and delivery tracking.
* Monitor account performance, margins, and stock flow.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts across France and Benelux.
* Build strong relationships with key buyers, agents, and distributors.
* Ensure brand alignment and product presentation in all wholesale points of sale.
* Act as the main point of contact for regional wholesale clients.
* Drive seasonal sales targets and annual revenue goals for the region.
* Conduct seasonal sales campaigns and showroom appointments during buying sessions.
* Monitor order intake, sell-through performance, and re-orders to optimize business.
* Collaborate with the internal sales operations team on order management and delivery tracking.
* Monitor account performance, margins, and stock flow.

Requirements

* Degree in Business, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
* Between 1 and 3 years of experience in a wholesale sales or area management role in the fashion industry.
* In-depth knowledge of the French and Benelux wholesale markets is a plus
* Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a strong advantage.
* Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
* Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies accordingly
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
