You will drive brand and customer growth by translating global strategies into local plans, leading impactful marketing execution, and ensuring strong business results through data‑driven decisions and effective investment.
Responsibilities

* Lead and drive brand growth and development in the sales market, balancing global strategies with local insights
* Build and protect the brand by setting and executing a strong customer, marketing and communications plan based on global plan but tailored for local relevance
* Secure short‑ and long‑term growth of customer base, sales and brand presence through a data‑driven, omni‑channel approach
* Drive key marketing and customer activation KPIs such as NCA, traffic and conversion rate
* Ensure local Loyalty activation is aligned with global directives and guidelines while driving operational efficiency and maximizing customer and business impact
* Ensure effective allocation and follow‑up of marketing investments in media, PR & comms., content production and customer engagement initiatives
* Lead, coach and develop the marketing team, strengthening collaboration and ensuring delivery of world‑class customer experiences
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will work very closely with Sales Market teams and collaborate with Global Marketing to ensure adoption of guidelines and best practices.
WHO YOU ARE
*
* Degree in Marketing, Comms., Business or related field
* Minimum 8‑10 years of leadership experience in marketing, sales or customer functions
* A proven track record of delivering customer‑centric results across brand, communications and media activities
* Strong experience with omni‑channel marketing approaches
* Highly analytical, with proven skills in developing strategies and action plans
* Strong leaders with stakeholder management skills and international exposure
* Excellent communicators with the ability to engage teams

Additional Information
Compensation: The gross annual salary range for this role is between €72,225 and €96,300.
The final placement within the range depends on experience, the scope of the role, and internal pay equity.
