The opportunity: We offer a fixed-term contract from October 2025 to May 2026, with the possibility of further evaluations for a future permanent placement. RAL: €28 - €33 Responsibilities: - Manage the entire administrative employee lifecycle, from offer letter preparation to contract termination, included pre-hiring process (commitment, documents, Welcome Pack, shared management of employee files with Payroll Studio, etc.) - Collaborate with HR teams to ensure integration and necessary support for employees - Operational interface with Payroll Studio for administrative management - Data entry of files and notes in the folder shared with Payroll Studio - Maintain and update employee records across systems, ensuring accuracy - Perform monthly data analysis and reporting (e.g., headcount, gender breakdown, new hires, resignations) - Prepare regular reports and metrics for internal and external stakeholders - Knowledge of the main elements that make up personnel costs (salary, contributions, fringe benefits, severance pay) - Ability to calculate personnel costs: - Solid understanding of at least the CCNL Commercio national collective agreement - Ability to read and interpret payslips - Knowledge of travel/work assignment regulations - Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations - Excellent command of Excel, in particular functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables (daily use for data processing and reporting) - Experience in interfacing with external consultants for procedures and obligations ️ Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field; - Previous experience as a People Admin Support (2-4 years); - Good organizational skills and attention to detail; - Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in Italian and proficiency in English; - Time management and prioritization: ability to organize workload, establish priorities, and meet deadlines; - A true enthusiasm for data analysis, reporting, and related activities.
