Sales Targets: Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to inquiries, troubleshoot quality or delivery issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Market Monitoring: Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer developments to identify opportunities. ✅ Experience: 5–10 years in sales management within the paper industry. Proven track record in Specialty Paper sales, ideally with C1S, Thermal, and Greaseproof papers. Language Skills: Fluent in English; Italian, French, or German is advantageous.
