Through our local brands FIP, REDI, ASTORE, ISEA, and LARETER, we manufacture products for the building, infrastructure, industry, and agriculture sectors.We are offering a role for a Sales Engineer, reporting to the Domestic Sales Director in Aliaxis Italy, based in Aliaxis Zola Predosa (BO).The candidate will manage the project pipeline and develop the 'Aliaxis project solutions' portfolio. They will also secure project specifications for the company’s and Group’s products, optimize profitable sales, and build relationships with key decision-makers such as Engineers, Architects, Planners, General Contractors, large Construction Companies, and Installers.Key Responsibilities include:Building a strong project pipeline that positively impacts domestic sales.Using marketing strategies to create tools supporting prescription activities and enhancing the company's brand image.Promoting the prescription of Aliaxis systems within projects by engaging with design studios, engineering firms, architects, and surveyors.Developing and maintaining relationships with decision-makers, providing technical and commercial support throughout project pipelines to achieve successful negotiations and project completion.Exploring the market to identify new sales opportunities and partnerships.Promoting the company's brands, solutions, and services to professionals, clients, and end-users, ensuring economic benefits for the company.Maintaining and expanding the network using CRM systems to track key accounts, contacts, visits, and opportunities.Providing consulting support to clients on the best solutions for their projects, from initial design to construction, promoting the company's offerings.Collaborating with Area Managers and supporting the sales network, including Agents and Resellers.Overseeing contracts, including technical and commercial aspects, risk assessment, budgeting, contractual clauses, and timelines, along with site inspections to ensure project progress and support system start-up and testing.Representing and promoting the company's brand values (REDI/ISEA/Nicoll/FIP/Astore/Lareter).Creating tailored offers in coordination with the Technical Office.Preparing complex commercial proposals.Qualifications and Competencies required:Technical education, preferably in Engineering (Sanitary, Hydraulic, Civil, Energy, Mechanics).Experience in a similar role within water treatment, sewerage, plumbing, or heating sectors is preferred.Open-minded with a team-oriented approach.Interdisciplinary skills combining technical, commercial, and marketing knowledge.Familiarity with products, solutions, and services of the Company, Group, and competitors.Commercial and technical expertise.Understanding of market processes for project approval.Proficiency with CRM IT systems.Ability to develop and sustain long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.Proven ability to generate profitable sales and specifications.Customer-oriented attitude characterized by availability, courtesy, and competence.
