A Business Analyst with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Commerce (Retail) is needed to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Commerce module and excellent communication skills.

Key qualifications for this position include:
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with specific focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Commerce/Retail).
* Microsoft certifications relevant to Dynamics 365 are required.
* Strong experience in elaborating business requirements and managing client communication.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong understanding of retail processes and Commerce module functionalities.
* Fluent English is required; German is a strong plus.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
* Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem is a plus.
