Position SummaryReporting to the Regional Sales Director, the
Sales Specialist / Sales Manager
will be the key commercial driver for GeneMind in assigned territories. You will build channel ecosystems, develop key accounts and KOL networks, drive market expansion, and deliver sustainable sales growth. This is a
customer-centric, technical, and strategic sales role
that combines channel management, key customer development, market insight, and cross-team collaboration—not just order execution. You will directly contribute to GeneMind's global expansion and market leadership in next-generation sequencing (NGS).

Position ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage channel partners in assigned regions, expand market coverage, and build a stable, high-quality distribution system.Identify and develop key customers and KOLs; establish long-term, trusted professional relationships.Collect and analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs to support regional sales strategies.Deliver professional product presentations and online/offline training to channel partners to improve their sales and technical capabilities.Support partners to close deals, including joint customer visits, demand analysis, solution design, and project follow-up.Develop and execute quarterly and annual regional sales plans, ensure target delivery, and maintain healthy sales funnel management.Collaborate with internal teams including technical support, marketing, and customer service to ensure smooth project delivery and excellent customer experience.Represent GeneMind in academic and industry activities to enhance brand influence and market penetration.The above responsibilities are representative but not exhaustive; duties may be adjusted to meet business needs.
Position RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in
Medicine, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields
; Master's degree is a strong plus.Minimum 3 years of working experience in the NGS / sequencing industry
.Demonstrated experience in
sales, channel development, or key account management
in life science instruments, IVD, or sequencing-related fields.Experience selling sequencing instruments or related laboratory equipment is highly preferred.Professional, self-motivated, and target-oriented with strong learning and communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with partners, KOLs, and research clients.Ability and willingness to travel frequently as needed.High integrity, customer-first mindset, and alignment with GeneMind's mission and values.
Preferred Experience & SkillsProven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the life science or IVD industry.Existing channel resources, customer network, or KOL connections in regional markets.Experience in technical sales or solution-based sales (not just transactional).Strong presentation, training, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Familiarity with NGS workflows, clinical diagnostics, or life science research scenarios.Global market exposure or cross-cultural communication experience is a plus.
