Sales engineer Job Description
Sales serve as the company's external-facing window. As a member of our marketing center team, you will promote and sell our comprehensive products and solutions while delivering exceptional customer experiences and proactively resolving client issues. Beyond driving sales, you will analyze industry trends, strategize market approaches, and build valuable industry connections.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Promote and sell company products or integrated solutions.
2. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities by developing customized products, sales strategies, and plans.
3. Set sales budgets, achieve sales targets, and expand market share.
4. Coordinate resources to resolve customer issues, enhance satisfaction, and strengthen client loyalty.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Materials, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related fields.
2. Strong achievement motivation with a drive for success and rapid personal growth.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, natural affinity for building relationships, and empathetic communication abilities.
4. Outstanding teamwork, resilience under pressure, and problem-solving stamina.
5. Fluent Italian and English .
