Store Manager - Pizzeria Napoletana, Lombardia Location: Lombardia, Italy Company: Pizzium SpA, a rapidly expanding Food Retail company, is seeking a Store Manager for its Milan outlets. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a team of approximately 6-7 people, assisting them in all store-related activities to ensure the achievement of commercial and service performance results in line with company directives. The selected candidate will be responsible for: Welcoming and assisting customers; Listening to suggestions and responding to customer complaints; Coordinating front-line staff, assigning responsibilities, and providing operational guidance on daily activities; Ensuring all shifts and workstations are covered, promptly replacing unexpected absences; Resolving routine operational issues; Applying and verifying company procedures, training staff, and ensuring compliance; Proactively suggesting actions to continuously improve service quality; Managing the store's offerings during shifts, ensuring quality, assortment completeness, and display criteria; Placing orders to keep the store adequately stocked; Managing cash register operations, ensuring change availability and accurate cash recordings; Conducting inventories and entering data into the management system; Supporting operational activities as needed. The ideal candidate possesses the following requirements: High school diploma in hospitality or equivalent training (preferable); Good knowledge of F&B processes; At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in structured companies; Experience abroad in the restaurant industry is a plus; Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; Excellent problem-solving and stress management abilities; Goal-oriented attitude; Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
