DevWorld, a dynamic and fast-growing IT consulting firm, is partnering with a leading IT company to recruit a Senior Product Manager & Business Analyst who will play a key role in shaping and evolving their product portfolio.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of driving product initiatives from concept to execution while collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and competitive monitoring to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
* Develop comprehensive business cases—including cost-benefit evaluations, alternative scenarios, and projected impacts—to support investment decisions.
* Define and track strategic OKRs, ensuring full alignment with company objectives.
* Analyze product usage data, performance metrics, and profitability to generate insights and support strategic decision‑making.
* Gather and translate business requirements by engaging with customers and internal stakeholders; design solutions aligned with business goals in close collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
* Conceptualize and enhance innovative solutions by optimizing existing processes and functionalities.
* Identify, prioritize, and manage product improvements with the goal of increasing usability and customer satisfaction.
* Lead and coordinate major project initiatives, ensuring proper governance, progress tracking, and issue management.
Requirements
* 5+ years of relevant experience in Product Management and / or Business Analysis.
* Strong analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem‑solving.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
* Solid communication and presentation skills.
* English level : B2 or higher.
