* Handle complex problems, decisions, and escalations; determine where to simplify or extend solutions for optimal outcomes.
* Mitigate long‑term risks, balance short‑ and long‑term needs, and operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels.
* Lead organizational reviews and critiques; craft and present key narratives (e.g., 6‑pagers, business reviews, PR/FAQs, OP1/OP2 inputs) to leadership and cross‑functional teams to drive focus and outcomes.
* Influence product and engineering decisions by bringing the customer perspective, guiding design choices, and driving long‑term impact.
* Set the standard for design excellence while providing clarity in ambiguous initiatives where problems, strategies, requirements, or technical feasibility are undefined.
* Advise partner teams and senior leaders on organizational goals and design strategy, influencing engineering decisions to enable UX solutions and drive outcomes across teams and geographies.
