Michael Page -Proactively identify, solicit, and secure group business aligned with the brands luxury positioning and revenue goals. -Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, including event planners, DMCs, luxury travel advisors, and corporate accounts. -Craft bespoke proposals that reflect the unique qualities of the property, and conduct tailored site inspections with attention to every detail. -Lead contract negotiations, ensuring profitability while upholding the highest standards of guest experience and service delivery. -Work closely with operational teams (Events, F&B, Rooms Division, Revenue) to ensure flawless execution of all group bookings. -Maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and global travel patterns, providing strategic insights to leadership. -Consistently update CRM systems with client interactions, pipeline activities, and sales performance metrics. -Uphold and embody the values of the brand, serving as a true ambassador of its heritage, service philosophy, and reputation.
-Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. -Minimum 2 years experience in group sales within the luxury hospitality segment (5-star hotels, luxury resorts, or exclusive venues). -Proven track record of achieving or exceeding group sales targets in high-touch environments. -Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. -Deep understanding of the expectations and behaviors of luxury clientele. -Proficiency in Delphi sales system, Cvent, Opera Cloud is a plus -Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong asset.
