Job Description
* Being responsible for the preparation and implementation of the catering service
* Checking that the room is always set up according to company standards and LQA standards
* Monitor and ensure the smooth running of the service
* Ensuring the accuracy and correct presentation of menus
* Ensure that guests are welcomed, guided and seated and that the quality of service is maintained
* Keeping track of guest feedback
* Contributing to the development of the hotel's image quality
* Ensure a warm welcome and experience for guests
* Listening to guests and providing solutions tailored to their needs
* Being responsible on issues of safety (material and human), ‘breakage’ and other ‘waste’
* Being responsible for ensuring that materials and equipment are maintained and used correctly
* Actively cooperate with one's own colleagues and with colleagues in other departments
* Have a positive and friendly attitude within the team

* Previous experience of at least 2 years in the same role within a 5-star luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
* Excellent table service skills and knowledge of mise en place, filleting, carving, and flambé techniques.
* Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is considered a plus.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to anticipate and meet guest needs.
* Attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism, with a strong team spirit and the ability to collaborate effectively with both the front-of-house team and the kitchen brigade.
* Knowledge and application of international service standards and HACCP regulations.
* Passion for luxury hospitality, enthusiasm, and a strong willingness to grow professionally in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
