Ph3Job Description Summary /h3 pDo you want to help shape commercial success in a fast-evolving electrification business? /p pGE Vernova is looking for an exceptional bBushings Sales Specialist /b to join our Sales team based in Milan, Italy. /p h3Let’s Talk about the Role /h3 pThe bBushings Sales Specialist /b will manage the Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) process for the Bushings product line, supporting technical and commercial activities from customer inquiry through to quotation submission. /p pYou will join the bGlobal Bushings Sales Team /b and support Regional Account Managers and the Product Sales Team in delivering competitive, technically sound, and customer‑focused proposals. This role combines commercial awareness with technical expertise and plays an important part in defining solutions, coordinating costing and lead times, and ensuring accurate handover into execution phases. Reporting to the bBushings Global Sales Leader /b, you will work cross‑functionally with Sales, Tendering, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams in a dynamic multinational environment. /p h3How You Will Make a Difference /h3 ul liManaging customer inquiries across the full Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) process, from technical definition to costing and price generation. /li liSupporting Sales Managers with technical input and commercial coordination for customer proposals. /li liDefining technical solutions that meet customer specifications, in collaboration with Tendering teams when needed. /li liEstablishing product costing and lead times with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Tendering stakeholders. /li liEnsuring accurate tracking of technical specifications and costing data to support contract execution. /li liContributing to a strong handover into the OTR phase to enable successful product customization and implementation. /li liResolving technical and commercial support issues using sound judgment and escalating complex matters where required. /li /ul h3Skills for Success /h3 pYou should be a dynamic, commercially minded, and technically strong professional who enjoys working across functions and delivering high-quality customer solutions in a global environment. /p ul liThe ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Tendering, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams. /li liThe capability to manage documentation, process tracking, and quotation activity with strong attention to detail. /li liAn understanding of customer specifications and how to translate them into practical technical solutions. /li liAn expertise in technical support, costing, quotation preparation, and lead time definition. /li liA strong command of English, with Italian considered an advantage. /li liA keen interest in the electrical industry, with experience in power transmission or distribution considered a plus. /li liGood problem‑solving skills and the ability to operate effectively within established procedures and guidelines. /li /ul pA formal education and subsequent University Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field are a must have. /p h3Where and how you'll work /h3 pThis is a permanent position based in our Milan, Italy office.
