 
        PbKey Responsibilities: /b /ppIn coordination with the local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing organizations, key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: /pulliForming close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales and demand for Hanwha security products. /liliAchieving set objectives related to sales and product mix by analyzing market opportunities, influencing decision makers, and ensuring sales growth. /liliStrategic planning, including short and medium-term sales planning, sharing market information with the Hanwha Product Management team, and collaborating with the Country Manager on marketing and strategic direction. /liliManaging and developing a network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Program), focusing on sales revenue. /liliSupporting Strategic Sales Managers in opportunities within the assigned region and vertical markets. /li /ulpAdditional responsibilities include: /pulliEnd user consultations /liliEngaging with consultants and specifiers /liliLiaising with major system integrators at senior levels /liliUpdating customers with product information /liliIncreasing project pipeline and revenue with existing customers /liliCreating a project pipeline with new customers /liliReporting weekly on sales and project progress /liliConducting customer audits /liliMarket segmentation, positioning, and targeting /liliContributing ideas for marketing plans and product launches /liliFocusing on product/channel/customer margins /liliForecast accuracy and achieving budgets and targets /li /ulpbRequirements: /b /pulliProven track record in business development or sales, achieving targets in demanding environments. /liliExtensive experience with CCTV and related technologies, including presenting solutions to end users and specifiers. /liliAbility to work independently, understand customer needs, and create professional proposals. /liliKnowledge of the electronic security market, IT Networking channels and potential customers. /liliExperience working for a CCTV manufacturer is beneficial but not essential. /liliUnderstanding of new technologies, especially network video systems. /liliBusiness or technical degree is advantageous. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. /liliStrong relationship-building skills and motivation to enhance market and brand recognition. /liliIndependent thinking, good judgment, and motivation to achieve targets. /liliTeam player with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. /liliProactive, solution-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. /liliStrong project management and communication skills, capable of presenting to high-level stakeholders. /liliAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines. /liliFluent in English and at least one European language. /liliValid driving license. /li /ulpbLocation: /b /ppThis is a field-based role; ideally, the candidate will reside in the Milan area or South Italy.
