Experteer Overview
In this role you drive growth across the Industrial and Commercial Refrigeration, HVACR and thermal management markets, with a focus on expanding the Opteon portfolio. You work with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities, shape value propositions, and engage senior stakeholders across the EMEA region. You translate technical complexity into commercial growth, building lasting relationships with OEMs, end users, and distributors. You operate in a fast‑paced, regulated environment, contributing to sustainable revenue and market leadership. * Develop market expertise and identify opportunities across industrial refrigeration, HVACR, and thermal management.
* Identify new applications, partnerships, and commercial opportunities, especially low‑GWP and energy‑efficient solutions.
* Create compelling value propositions for OEMs, end users, distributors, and stakeholders.
* Build and nurture relationships across technical, commercial, R&D, manufacturing, and operations functions.
* Engage senior stakeholders to align Chemours solutions with long‑term business roadmaps.
* Drive growth through field engagement, seminars, case studies, and targeted marketing initiatives.
* Track opportunities from qualification to conversion and contribute to revenue growth.
* Provide market insights to support strategic planning, product development, and new business models.
Responsabilità
* Bachelor level degree or higher, preferably in Engineering; MBA a plus
* Minimum 10 years of sales/business development experience in B2B environments (chemicals, commercial refrigeration, cold storage, food retail, or heat pump industries)
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills with a consultative, customer‑focused mindset
* Fluent in Italian and English; additional European languages are advantageous
* Willingness to travel up to 50% across the EMEA region
