Responsibilities and Job Description:
Coordinate marketing projects across internal teams and external stakeholders (KOL, ecc...)
Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables
Support several marketing activities, campaigns and congresses
Analyze market trends and competitors
Develop and implement brand communication
Manage and enhance the company brand
Analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness and guide strategic decisions
Create content (newsletters, promotional materials, etc.)
Manage company social media channels and monitor online engagement
Track performance and field force support
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2+ years of experience in Product Management and Marketing preferably in Ophthalmic Companies
Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
English speaking
