Sales specialist – photovoltaic & renewable energy

PstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliDevelop and manage sales of photovoltaic modules, inverters, battery storage systems, and integrated energy solutions in the Italian market; br / /liliIdentify and acquire new clients through direct outreach, networking, exhibitions, and online platforms, including EPC contractors, distributors, installers, energy utilities, and industrial clients; br / /liliExecute sales strategies and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets; br / /liliProvide technical support and tailor energy solutions during the pre-sales phase; br / /liliLead business negotiations, proposal preparation, and contract execution; br / /liliCoordinate withinternal departments (engineering, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure successful delivery and project implementation; br / /liliMonitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide strategic feedback; br / /liliMaintain accurate CRM records and generate regular sales reports; br / /liliPromote brand visibility and participate in trade shows and renewable energy events. /li /ulpstrongRequirements /strong /pulliMinimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the solar energy, energy storage, or industrial equipment sectors; br / /liliStrong ability in client acquisition, relationship management, and sales pipeline development; br / /liliFamiliarity with the Italian renewable energy policy landscape and PV market structure is highly preferred; br / /liliExcellent communication, negotiation, and intercultural coordination skills; br / /liliProficient in both English and Italian; br / Chinese language skillsare a plus; br / /liliWillingness to travel for business purposes; br / driving license preferred. /li /ulpstrongPreferred Qualifications /strong /pulliKnowledge of inverters, hybrid systems, BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems), or PV plant integration; br / /liliExperience attending international energy exhibitions (e.G., KEY ENERGY, Intersolar); br / /liliFamiliarity with CRM systems (e.G., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite; br / /liliPrevious work experience in a Chinese or international renewable energy company is a strong advantage. /li /ul
