As a leading water technology company with 23,000 employees operating in over 150 countries, Xylem is at the forefront of addressing the world’s most critical water challenges. /p pPosition Overview: Xylem is seeking a Business Developer Vertical Markets who will promote the division portfolio by searching and developing different verticals, with a strong capacity to conduct market analysis to enhance business growth targets. Success in this role requires creative problem‑solving, adaptability, and strong collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will act as a growth catalyst, ensuring that the best technical/market price is delivered to our customers, designing customized solutions for specific verticals, driving new product launches with marketing, and identifying strategic product pricing. /p pKey Responsibilities include: /p ul liMaintain accurate data and leverage insights to identify opportunities and build actionable plans against KPIs. /li liPartner with internal stakeholders to identify indirect specific sales channels. /li liConduct deep market study and analysis for new or growing vertical markets. /li liCoordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of the sales process. /li liGenerate reports and dashboards to track results from each vertical and highlight areas for improvement. /li liContribute to process improvements and system enhancements to support scalable vertical markets growth. /li liCollaborate with local salesforce to achieve the business growth defined by the segment strategy and ensure higher win rates. /li liAnalyze lost cases with sales to drive post‑mortem analysis. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
