About the job
We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Representative / Key Account Manager with a strong background in selling materials, components, or decorative solutions, preferably within premium or luxury environments, and also prior expertise in the contract sector, with particular reference to the interior and lighting segments.
The role involves managing structured clients and complex, project-based sales, working closely with internal teams to deliver high value-added, customized solutions.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients, building long-term and trusted relationships
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and commercial partnerships
3. Independently manage the full sales cycle, from negotiation to contract closure
4. Understand clients’ creative, technical, and production needs, proposing tailored, high-value solutions
5. Work in close synergy with internal teams (sales, marketing, design, and technical) on bespoke projects
6. Support clients throughout product development, prototyping, and industrialization phases
7. Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
About you

8. Minimum 7 years of experience as a B2B sales representative or agent
9. Strong negotiation and contract management skills
10. Results-driven mindset with a clear focus on achieving targets
11. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking abilities
12. Entrepreneurial approach with autonomy in managing territory and client portfolio
13. Experience working within structured organizations and international environments
14. Good command of English, both written and spoken
