How will you make a difference
* Drive New Business: Identify and secure new opportunities within existing and targeted strategic accounts.
* Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders in client accounts to enhance collaboration and trust.
* Lead Sales Initiatives: Take charge of strategic sales efforts, ensuring effective implementation to maximize revenue and growth.
* Innovate with New Offerings: Introduce and promote new products and services from our expanding LRQA portfolio to meet client needs.
* Contribute to Bids: Play an integral role in strategic bids, contributing expertise and insights to the bidding process.
* Local Leadership: Serve as a local lead for strategic accounts, partnering with Global Account Managers (GAMs) to drive sales and maximize pipeline opportunities.
* Achieve Performance Goals: Focus on retention, revenue growth, and new client acquisition as key performance indicators for your success.
* Develop Strategic Plans: Create and execute comprehensive account plans that align with our group growth objectives, optimizing revenue opportunities.
* Manage Pipelines: Ensure a strong and growing pipeline by collaborating with regional / global teams.
What will you bring
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Strategic Account Management or sales role in the inspection field,
* Familiarity with industrial inspection processes such as ASTM, ASME, PED.
* Proven experience of achieving annual sales targets, selling products and services in a B2B environment.
* Experience working with large strategic organizations to develop sales solutions.
* Proven ability to develop contract values with large accounts through year-on-year double-digit growth.
* Experience in preparing and delivering proposals to senior audiences.
* Knowledge of quotations, bids, proposals, and pricing strategies to achieve margins.
* Knowledge of the business assurance sector is advantageous but not essential.
