Acting as the opportunity owner, you will bridge strategy and execution, ensuring bid readiness, commercial accuracy, and full compliance with authority requirements. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Opportunity Ownership /h3 ul liProactively identify, scope, and generate new business opportunities across Italy and Spain. /li liManage the full lifecycle of tenders, from initial intelligence gathering through to final submission. /li liConduct detailed market research, competitor benchmarking, airport ecosystem mapping, and passenger flow analysis. /li liAssess commercial viability, including CAPEX, OPEX, vendor quotations, and revenue potential. /li liProvide regular updates to EMEA leadership on risks, dependencies, and progress. /li liPrepare and coordinate high-quality technical submissions, including operational concepts, service models, staffing plans, and implementation strategies. /li liEnsure all tender documentation complies fully with authority requirements, including formatting, declarations, annexes, and compliance checklists. /li liAlign operational layouts, general arrangements, and design concepts with internal design and operations teams. /li /ul h3Commercial Financial Inputs /h3 pProvide accurate local inputs into financial models, including: /p ul liLabour costs /li liLocal tax structures /li liUtilities and maintenance estimates /li /ul ul liValidate assumptions and challenge inaccuracies to ensure robust and realistic financial projections. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Engagement /h3 ul liBuild and maintain strong relationships with airport authorities, regulators, joint-venture partners, and third-party service providers across the region. /li liSupport negotiation phases by providing market insight, local intelligence, and scenario analysis. /li /ul h3Post-Award Support /h3 ul liSupport mobilisation planning, regulatory approvals, and early-stage operational coordination. /li liTrack early performance against the approved business plan and support handover to operations teams. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Experience Knowledge /h3 ul li5–8 years experience in business development, tendering, consulting, aviation operations, or airport commercial roles. /li liStrong understanding of airport-related services such as hospitality, lounges, FB, meet greet, hotel concessions, or infrastructure projects. /li liProven ability to interpret tender documentation, technical drawings, and concession agreements. /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liBachelors degree in Business, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related discipline. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 pStrong Excel modelling and financial analysis capability. /p pAdvanced PowerPoint and written presentation skills. /p pExperience conducting site surveys and technical validations. /p h3Languages /h3 ul liFluent English required; bItalian or Spanish language skills are highly advantageous /b. /li /ul h3Other Requirements /h3 pWillingness to travel regularly across Italy and Spain. /p pAbility to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines. /p pbWorldwide lounge access /b for you and your family (including parents) /p pbHotel discounts of 20% /b /p pbAll business-related expenses fully covered by the company /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
