Descrizione

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team of the Swimming Pool Business. With the acquisition of Culligan Commercial & Industrial in Italy, France, and the UK in September 2024, we have expanded our water treatment portfolio to meet the diverse needs of industries, ensuring superior water quality and efficient solutions combined with Grundfos’ world-renowned capabilities in pump technology. This powerful combination will offer even greater benefits to our customers.

In this position, you will play a fundamental role in creating the sales strategy, sales forecast reports, and the sales pipeline. You will manage the local network of sales agents, the dealer network, and a customer portfolio in order to develop market shares.

Your main responsibilities:

1. Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the assigned area: Veneto, through constant relations with customers.
2. Conduct commercial promotion activities at design studios, large thermo-hydraulic companies, contractors, and all stakeholders in the pool market.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting assistance, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
4. Prepare offers and quotations for new systems or for the renovation of existing ones.
5. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to close deals and secure new business opportunities.

We imagine that you have:

1. Technical qualification in chemical/mechanical/thermos-hydraulic engineering.
2. Previous experience of 2 years in structured companies in the plant and machinery sector, preferably specific to swimming pools.
3. Availability to work off-site and continuous travel within the assigned territory.
4. Knowledge of the English language is appreciated.
5. Strong skills in empathy and the creation of interpersonal relationships.
6. Problem-solving skills, ability to work on projects, team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, motivation, availability for mobility, and inclination towards innovations complete the required profile.
