Job Opportunity: We are looking for a talented Business Development & Sales professional to join our newly created luxury travel brand. This role involves leading strategic accounts to grow market share, foster brand loyalty, identify new business opportunities, and increase visibility in emerging markets, with a focus on Eastern Europe and the Middle East. The position is based in Naples, with frequent international travel, working closely with the Executive Director, New Markets, in Geneva. Key Responsibilities: Implement the Go-to-Market strategy for assigned regions, focusing on key accounts and business development initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance partner loyalty through strategic communication and educational visits. Conduct business review meetings, using performance data to support revenue goals. Manage marketing plans and ensure effective ROI; lead pay-for-performance initiatives with partners. Coordinate with the Corporate MICE & Groups Department to promote group, incentive, and charter business. Oversee budget management and forecasting, understanding channel mix and acquisition costs. Collaborate across teams to leverage sales and marketing platforms, ensuring brand consistency and policy adherence. Participate in trade events to maintain brand visibility. Qualifications: 3-5 years of sales experience in luxury sectors, ideally in hospitality or cruise industries. Experience with Middle East and Eastern Europe travel markets is advantageous. Strong sales network and reputation, with high regional partner/key account knowledge. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM and reservation platforms (Versonix, Salesforce) is a plus. Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
