Ph3About the Role /h3 pAs a bSenior Pre-Sales Engineer (Europe-wide) /b at bWitboost /b, you will be responsible for the btechnical and functional aspects of the sales cycle /b. /p pYou will be a bcore member of the sales organization /b and a key contributor to winning complex enterprise deals. Your mission is to help prospects clearly understand bhow Witboost fits into their data ecosystem /b, how it supports their operating model, and why it enables scalable, governed data product delivery. /p pThis is a bsenior, autonomous role /b, working closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success and Engineering across Europe. /p h3How you’ll make an impact at Witboost /h3 ul liPrepare and deliver high-quality product presentations and demos, both onsite and remote /li liHelp prospects understand how Witboost integrates with their existing ecosystem (data platforms, CI/CD, governance tools, catalogs, ticketing systems) /li liSupport Sales in qualifying opportunities and shaping technically sound deal strategies /li liDefine when a POC or MVP is the right next step and scope it clearly /li liContribute to RFP/RFI responses and technical due diligence /li liAct as a bridge between customers and product, sharing feedback and field insights /li liBuild reusable demo assets, solution patterns and reference architectures /li /ul h3A day in the life /h3 pYou’ll report to the bHead of GTM /b and typically: /p ul liJoin discovery calls with Sales to understand customer context and constraints /li liDesign a solution narrative that explains how Witboost fits, not just what it does /li liRun demos tailored to the customer’s architecture and maturity /li liScope a POC or MVP that proves value without overengineering /li liAnswer technical questions from architects, platform teams or governance leads /li liAlign with Product and Engineering on roadmap, limitations and positioning /li liProactively engage with prospects to clarify complex topics, unblock decision‑making, and maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle. /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul li8–12+ years in technology roles, with a strong background in enterprise data architecture or data engineering /li li5+ years in a Pre‑Sales / Sales Engineering role for complex enterprise software /li liSolid understanding of data management and governance challenges in large organizations /li liA proven track record of running successful demos and POCs in long sales cycles /li liExperience explaining complex platforms to both technical and executive audiences /li /ul h3You are /h3 ul liA strong communicator and confident presenter /li liComfortable explaining architecture, processes and trade‑offs /li liPragmatic and sales‑oriented: you know when “good enough” is better than perfect /li liAutonomous, structured, and accountable /li liWilling to travel across Europe /li liFluent in English (French or German are a plus) /li /ul h3Why Witboost /h3 ul liA senior role with real impact on sales outcomes /li liExposure to complex, enterprise‑grade data challenges at scale /li liA product that is not a commodity and requires real architectural and strategic thinking /liliA flexible, international working environment with close collaboration across teams /li liA small, focused and dynamic organization, where individual contribution truly matters /li liStrong growth prospects as the company and the team expand, with opportunities to grow in scope and responsibility over time /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 ul liBase salary: €90,000 – €110,000 /li liBonus: 10–20% (sales support effectiveness and deal outcomes) /li liTotal OTE: ~€100,000 – €130,000 (depending on experience) /li /ul pTravel expenses covered. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
