Support the Sommelier in the management of the wine cellar and wine service;Handle the preparation and service of beverages during service, in accordance with the restaurant's quality standards;Collaborate in front‐of‐house operations, contributing to a smooth and well‐coordinated service;Assist with procurement, storage, and stock management of wines and beverages;Ensure the correct use and maintenance of wine service equipment;Interact with guests to support them in their wine selection, in line with the Sommelier's guidelines;Work closely with the front‐of‐house and kitchen teams to guarantee a consistent and high‐level service experience.
Requirements
Good knowledge of the world of wine and basic service techniques;Strong interest in developing professional skills in the wine sector;Willingness to perform front‐of‐house duties;Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment and as part of a team;Professional attitude and strong customer‐oriented mindset;Good communication skills;Good command of the English language.
