Manage and coordinate PR activities for the Maui Jim brand Manage the relationship with talent agencies, managers and KOLs and ensure the development of the brand's Friend of the House community Coordinate and supervise the activities of the influencer marketing agency, with particular focus on planning, analyzing results and optimizing them Develop PR strategies consistent with the brand's values and positioning, identifying ad-hoc activities for different markets (e.g. social campaigns, dedicated events, collaborations with outdoor communities, etc.), promoting innovative ideas aligned with emerging trends Ensure that the product image is always represented in a manner consistent with the authentic, premium and performance DNA of the brand Working closely with the Marketing, Communications, Social, Content, Retail Design and E-commerce teams to ensure strategic alignment between all activities and integrated brand communication Work with PR agencies to support the brand Collaborate with the team for the development of all brand PR assets (press releases, pack shots, cookbooks) Collaborate in the organization of Press Days Degree in Marketing or Communication At least 5 years of PR and influencer marketing experience, with proven results in community creation An English and Italian fluent speaker, additional language is a plus With advanced expertise in Excel and Power Point, FGPS, DMR Mandatory Proficiency in talents / KOLs managagement Extremely organized and details oriented with strong focus on results and respect of deadlines A strong team player, able to coordinate different stakeholder and build strong relationship Entrepreneurship autonomy and problem solving skills
