China Mobile Italy office is recruiting a Business Development Manager (M/F) responsible for prospecting and developing our business in the enterprise market. Main responsibilities Prospect, detect, and identify business opportunities and establish a portfolio of enterprise customers. Build new customer relationships and explore potential business opportunities. Develop and implement sales strategies to approach new customers and maximize sales prospects and market penetration. Escalate customer needs and issues to relevant technical teams. Promote China Mobile's products and solutions through workshops, trade shows, and promotional campaigns. Manage and respond to tenders (BID management), mobilize internal resources to prepare offers tailored to customer needs. Develop commercial proposals by coordinating technical, financial, legal teams, etc. Present business proposals, including customer requests and project objectives. Lead negotiations to secure projects. Liaise with internal departments to ensure solutions meet client requirements. Establish sales models and support agreements for new customers. Ensure follow-up and fulfillment of commitments with clients. Organize project kick-off meetings with pre-sales engineers. Coordinate service delivery with Project Managers. Collaborate with HQ and other regions to maximize performance and achieve sales targets. Maintain customer relationships throughout the contractual period, monitor opportunities, and identify new needs. Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support, including performance evaluation and process improvements. Develop account plans for each customer to ensure accurate tracking. Manage daily operational and commercial activities. Profile and experience required: Hunter profile with knowledge of telecommunications operators and their offerings. Experience in selling telecommunications services to companies is a plus. Understanding of the challenges faced by international operators. Proficiency with sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, reporting).
