We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave starting in June. /p pWhat is the added value of DentalMonitoring’s solutions for its clients? /p ul liOur SaaS monitors and optimises orthodontic treatment for doctors and patients alike using our app and patient platform /li liDentalMonitoring brings the first AI-driven technology in the oral healthcare space /li liWith more than filed patents on our technology, we are leading an entire industry in how we approach the orthodontic experience /li liOur handy tool,, helps to easily detect intraoral observations /li liTheir patients smile again /li /ul pIf you are a Marketing Manager with a minimum of years experience, the following may interest you! /p h3The Marketing Manager Role /h3 ul liLead, implement and supervise marketing initiatives within the region /li liTrack and optimise the positioning versus competition on all targets (orthodontists, GPs, treatment coordinators, patients) /li liDefine a bi-annual marketing plan in line with global marketing imperatives and objectives set by the Chief Marketing Officer /li liDefine and execute the DM regional market strategy to gain a foothold in the specific market/region. Approx. % strategy and % execution /li liCollaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer to roll out local initiatives, and provide input on behalf of the region for brand and global campaigns /li liTake responsibility for the regional marketing budget under the supervision and approval of the Chief Marketing Officer and reporting under each streamline (comms/events/ ClinEd...) /li liSupport the Sales and Customer Experience teams in the region /li liCoordinate with the Communication and Graphic Design team to create engaging copy and content for events, campaigns, sales enablement, branding, and social media activities /li liWork closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to roll out drip campaigns, email marketing, re-marketing, and lead generation activities in the region and assisting in the overall strategy /li liOrganise and manage events such as webinars, scientific congresses, study clubs and masterclasses to generate ROI and drive brand awareness /li liTake initiative to run local experiments and activities to increase growth and brand awareness /li liEvaluate opportunities and nurture relationships for partnerships and advertising /li liGrow a community of advocates through industry leaders, social influencers, and medical and technology community /li /ul h3You will be successful in this role if /h3 ul liYou have - years demonstrable working experience in marketing /li liYou have experience in setting up and optimising integrated marketing programmes /li liYou have strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking /li liYou are up-to-date with the latest legislation, trends, and best practices in comms, marketings etc. /li liYou have time management and strong organisational skills /li liYou have excellent interpersonal skills /li liYou have excellent communication skills, both written and verbalYou are fluent in Italian (preferred) OR Spanish and English /li /ul h3It would be fantastic if /h3 ul liYou have BB Dental or Ortho experience /li liYou have experience in a startup or scaleup environment /li liYou have high level of IT knowledge and high appreciation for new technology /li liYou have knowledge over marketing automation tool such as SalesForce Pardot /li /ul h3Our Work Environment /h3 pAt, our employees thrive because : /p ul liWe are collaborators!
