Recruitment Context
As part of its European expansion strategy, our client is looking to hire its first employee in the region. This position has been created to develop business activity, identify growth opportunities, and establish a strong local presence across European markets.
Position and Responsibilities
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand market presence
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients across local and regional markets
- Conducting market intelligence and competitor analysis to support strategic decision‑making
- Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and closing deals
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support product launches and promote solutions in your region
- Supporting marketing initiatives, including events, trade shows, and commercial campaigns
Desired Profile
- Required degree: Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Desired experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the Oil & Gas or industrial sector
- Technical skills: Strong business acumen, ability to manage a full sales cycle, and experience with international markets
- Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Personal qualities: Autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication and interpersonal skills, results‑driven
- Additional requirements: Willingness to travel across Europe;
ability to work independently as the first local hire
