Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote Hanwha products and increase sales.
* Achieve sales targets related to product and revenue growth through market analysis and influencing decision makers.
* Engage in strategic planning for short and medium-term sales, collaborating with the Product Management team on market positioning and marketing strategies.
* Manage and develop a network of channel partners, including integrators and installers, within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP).
* Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying and pursuing opportunities within the assigned region and vertical markets.
* Conduct end-user consultations, liaise with system integrators, and keep customers informed about products.
* Develop project pipelines, increase revenue, and report weekly on sales and project progress.
* Analyze customer data, segment markets, and contribute ideas for marketing and product launches.
* Ensure accurate forecasting and achievement of budgets and targets.
Minimum Requirements:
* Proven sales or business development experience in a demanding environment.
* Extensive knowledge of CCTV and related technologies, with the ability to present solutions to end users and consultants.
* Ability to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions and proposals.
* Market knowledge, including main channels and potential customers in electronic security, IT, and Networking.
* Experience working with CCTV manufacturers is a plus.
* Understanding of network video systems and topology.
* Degree in Business or Technical field preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to impact market and brand recognition positively.
* Independent thinking, good judgment, and team orientation.
* Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused.
* Self-motivated with project management and communication skills, capable of presenting to senior executives.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Fluent in English and at least one European language.
* Clean driving license.
Additional Information:
This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel within South Italy. The candidate should reside in or near Milan or South Italy to facilitate travel.
