LA SPECIALIZZAZIONE HEALTHCARE & PHARMA DI ADHR GROUP, RICERCA PER GROSSA AZIENDA FARMACEUTICA Key Account Manager The person selected will report to the Area Manager and will have the following responsibilities: Advertise and promote the company's products and services through effective interaction with healthcare professionals and organizations to increase awareness and usage of pharmaceutical products. Translate product features into customer benefits using relevant literature and medical/scientific promotional materials accurately and competently. Manage and assist in maintaining accounts of strategic clients. Resolve customer complaints regarding promotion and service; handle inquiries professionally and promptly, following company procedures. Support Marketing Department activities by gathering market information on pricing, products, new launches, and delivery schedules; follow up on leads and referrals from field activities. Contribute to budget planning, promotion target setting, and marketing procedures as required. Ensure timely communication of relevant information from healthcare professionals to Marketing, Medical Affairs, or Clinical Research Departments. Report adverse events promptly to the Pharmacovigilance Department following company procedures. Maintain constant communication with team members to gather information on doctors' activities and territory planning. Identify new opportunities, developments for products and services; collect feedback from field activities and coordinate with relevant staff. Requirements Degree in Life Sciences or related field. Good knowledge of English. Extensive experience in Customer Relationship Management. Strong understanding of the regional customer base and market dynamics.
