Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth, efficient, and timely service.
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes assigned to your section in line with recipes and quality standards.
* Support the Chef de Partie in the daily management of the section.
* Supervise and guide Commis team members in food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and HACCP standards, promptly reporting any issues.
Requirements
* Previous experience in structured kitchens, preferably within hotels or high-quality restaurants.
* Solid culinary skills and a good understanding of high-quality ingredients.
* Clear and professional communication skills, with openness to feedback and active listening.
* Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to remain effective in fast-paced environments.
