Experteer Overview

As a Business Development Manager at ARAG, you will drive growth in international markets, with a focus on Europe. You will map opportunities, engage directly with OEMs and distribution networks, and travel to key regions to understand market dynamics. You will align commercial strategies with internal teams to offer tailored solutions and accelerate revenue growth. This role enables you to shape ARAG’s global presence in precision farming and contribute to sustainable agriculture.


Retribuzione / Benefits

* Develop and expand ARAG's presence in assigned international markets, focusing on high‑priority regions in Europe
* Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through market mapping and scouting
* Build and manage strong relationships directly with OEM customers and distribution networks
* Conduct regular market visits (35-40% travel) to engage stakeholders and understand market dynamics
* Drive business development initiatives to increase market penetration and accelerate revenue growth
* Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial strategies and offer tailored solutions
* Monitor competitive landscape, customer behaviours, and industry trends to identify opportunities
* Prepare forecasts, market reports, and development plans to support business decisions
* Represent ARAG at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings


Responsabilità

* 2-4years of experience in international business development or similar roles focused on opening new markets
* Proven ability to manage direct market development—not through agents, but via direct customer engagement
* Experience in technical B2B environments; preferred industries: fluid management, oleodynamics, hydraulic components
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Languages, or related fields
* Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
* Availability to travel internationally (35-40%)
* Strong commercial mindset with structured, analytical approach to market development
