For an international company specializing in B2 B mobility solutions, we are currently looking for a Sales Account Manager to strengthen the commercial team in Rome.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a portfolio of corporate clients, contributing actively to the company's growth in the Italian market.Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a portfolio of B2 B clientsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networkingPromote and sell tailored mobility solutions to corporate customersBuild strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makersUnderstand clients' needs and propose value-added solutionsPrepare and negotiate commercial offers and contractsMonitor sales performance and achieve assigned targetsCollaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality service deliveryProvide regular reporting to the Head of Sales Candidate Profile
Proven experience in B2 B sales, preferably in solution-based sellingPrevious experience in one or more of the following sectors is a strong plus: automotive fleet, leasing, transport services, logistics, technical servicesStrong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skillsResults-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused approachAbility to work independently and manage priorities effectivelyGood analytical and organizational skills Languages
