Job Title: Senior Sales Manager - Channel Development
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Sales Manager to lead our channel development efforts in Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and optimizing our distribution network, managing market funds, and formulating product and price strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain relationships with agents, secondary KA, and OEM customers to ensure seamless supply chain operations;
* Formulate and implement product and price strategies to meet market demands and maximize profitability;
* Optimize distributor systems to ensure accurate inventory levels and market order;
* Develop and execute quarterly/annual sales goals and plans, improve marketing organization systems, and rationally allocate company resources;
* Manage regional sell-in and sell-out operations to ensure accurate sales forecasts.
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales Management, or related field; experience in personal care small appliances, kitchen appliances, pet products, and other relevant fields is an asset;
* More than five years of local work experience in integrated marketing, with a proven track record of success in the Italian market;
* Strong market development and sales capabilities, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationships;
* Experience in team leadership and project development is highly desirable.
