Prospective Sales Executive – South Italy
Link Industries S.p.a is looking for a cross‑BU Sales Executive to support the growth of our construction, waterworks, insulation, and metal businesses. The role reports directly to the Commercial Directors of the various companies and manages a portfolio of clients and budget, securing new customers and identifying new growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Technical sales of products
* Negotiation and closing of orders
* Customer support
* Market research and analysis to jointly define strategies with the Commercial Director
* Budget definition in collaboration with the Commercial Director
* Identification and development of new business opportunities
* Achievement of sales targets
* Reporting activities
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Results-oriented with goal focus
* Good command of spoken and written English (B2+)
Senior Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in the construction, waterworks, and drainage sectors
* Knowledge of the related markets
* Ability to manage the assigned budget
* Mastery of CRM and Business Intelligence systems
* Knowledge of industry regulations and certifications
* Strong initiative spirit
* Autonomy and independence
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Willingness to travel frequently across South Italy
