Opportunity
We are looking for an ICT Application Specialist with responsibility for the Oracle JD Edwards ERP system and for application integrations with Salesforce CRM through MuleSoft. The role operates within the ICT Applications area and works closely with Business Functions, ICT Infrastructure & Security, as well as external vendors and technology partners.
Your responsibilities will be:
* Management and development on Oracle JD Edwards (process analysis, development, configuration, support)
* Administrative management of Salesforce (users, profiles, data quality, user support)
* Maintenance and monitoring of integrations between Oracle JDE and Salesforce via MuleSoft
* Contribution to ICT security, compliance, business continuity and resilience activities
* Functional support to the business, requirements gathering, testing, documentation and releases
To be successful in this role you’ll need to have:
* Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering or equivalent background
* At least 2 years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards application development or support (Sales module)
* JDE Orchestrator, UDOs, reports, custom functions, OMW, BSFN; experience with application integrations (preferably MuleSoft – APIs, DataWeave); knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service and Commerce Cloud; understanding of industrial business processes.
* Cyber & data security: knowledge of security-by-design principles, incident management and business continuity.
* Analytical mindset, problem solving, clear communication with technical and business stakeholders, teamwork, proactivity and ability to manage parallel activities.
* Fluent in Italian and English
Nice to have:
* Certifications in Oracle, MuleSoft and/or Salesforce platforms
