As part of a Fortune Global 500 organization, you'll take charge of building a high-quality sales pipeline, driving new business, and partnering closely with both global and regional sales teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare and logistics innovation, with plenty of scope for impact and progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and qualify leads through your own outreach and collaboration with European and global sales partners
* Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients using Salesforce and other CRM tools
* Drive business development initiatives focused on Cold Chain Ground and Managed Transportation services
* Deliver compelling commercial proposals in collaboration with our tender management team
* Shape sales strategies, action plans, and market development roadmaps
* Act as a subject matter expert on temperature-controlled transport solutions and GDP compliance
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or related field)
* 6–8 years of experience in the logistics industry, ideally across multiple roles
* Strong understanding of pharma logistics, with emphasis on Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
* Deep knowledge of international transportation and temperature-controlled logistics
* Proven track record in sales and new business acquisition
* Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written); additional languages a plus
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to support product and service development
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong financial acumen and broad commercial awareness
* Flexible and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
