PpbJob Title /b /pCommercial Property ManagerpbJob Description Summary /b /pCushman Wakefield, a global leader in real estate services, is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join the Asset Services Department.br/The role involves supporting the Commercial Property Management team in the operational and strategic management of clients' property portfolios, mainly office buildings.pbJob Description /b /ppbRole Purpose: /b /pp• To deliver comprehensive commercial property management services within Asset Services. /pp• Responsible for the commercial management of properties as per Management Agreements. /pp• Manage day-to-day property operations. /pp• Handle tenant relations, complaints, and service requests, with familiarity of lease terms. /pp• Assist in budget preparation, reporting, and financial analysis. /pp• Support management in implementing policies and programs to ensure well-maintained, efficient buildings, emphasizing tenant satisfaction, safety, and quality. /ppbResponsibilities: /b /ppbClients Business Development /b /pulliLeverage and own property management services for clients. /liliCreate value for client portfolios. /liliCollaborate with internal teams to maximize business opportunities. /liliLiaise with clients and stakeholders. /liliMaintain industry knowledge and develop external networks. /li /ulpbDay-to-day Business: /b /pulliManage tenant relationships and respond promptly to requests. /liliConduct property inspections for compliance and upkeep. /liliMaintain accurate property and lease documentation. /liliAssist with tenant onboarding and property management plans. /liliPrepare reports, budgets, and manage invoices and legal matters. /liliCoordinate tenant moves and property information organization. /li /ulpbOperations and Risk: /b /ppEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and risk management standards. /ppbProfits Finance: /b /ppDrive revenue through proactive portfolio management and support departmental targets. /ppbPeople and Teams: /b /ppManage relationships with internal teams, promote best practices, and develop internal networks. /ppbKey Competencies: /b /pulliExceptional problem-solving skills /liliStrong customer focus /liliTeam player /liliWell organized /liliProactive attitude /liliExcellent communication skills in English /liliAbility to multitask /li /ulpbEducation: /b /ppHigh school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred. /ppbExperience: /b /pp2-3 years in real estate property management or related field. /ppbSkills: /b /pulliProficiency in Microsoft Office /liliKnowledge of AutoCAD /liliFinancial skills are a plus /liliInitiative and urgency in duties /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
