Accountabilities
* Responsible for OS&M Operations activities on site (planning and execution).
* Focuses on objectives, milestones, and measurements for commissioning, maintenance, and support services to achieve customer satisfaction.
* Manages the multi-disciplined Maintenance team to meet client requirements and policies.
* Supervises documentation of all significant events for clients under maintenance.
* Ensures analysis and resolution of technical problems, managing and coordinating internal and external resources.
* Plans, directs, and controls commissioning and maintenance strategies and related budgets.
* Manages the maintenance area and personnel to achieve site results as targeted in the business plan, including planning, assigning, and directing work, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
* Oversees day-to-day maintenance services cost-effectively.
* Leads the local maintenance team and is co-responsible for its performance.
* Implements retrofits/modifications on vehicles during commissioning and warranty periods.
* Communicates relevant information to internal departments and participates in the operations management team as required.
* Collaborates to establish site mission, vision, operating strategy, policies, and principles aligned with company directives.
* Develops, communicates, and enforces operational standards, procedures, and tools for reliable maintenance and support operations.
* Identifies opportunities for cost reduction and implements cost-saving projects and procedures.
* Communicates effectively with groups of customers, employees, or contractors.
* Collaborates with internal departments such as quality, materials management, and field engineering.
* Leads and drives maintenance process improvement initiatives.
* Ensures compliance with company quality procedures in maintenance solutions.
* Prepares internal reports on commissioning and maintenance activities.
* Coordinates with manufacturing teams to monitor deliveries, interface with warehouse, and manage stock in collaboration with the materials management department.
* Ensures adequate stock of spare parts at warehouses.
* Ensures all activities on site comply with regulatory and company HSE standards.
Required Skills / Knowledge
* 3-5 or more years of relevant supervisory experience as commissioning or maintenance manager.
* At least 3 years of maintenance experience.
* Strong leadership, motivation, flexibility, communication, and listening skills.
* Highly customer-oriented approach.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Motivated and growing team-oriented mindset.
* Proficiency in preparing work schedules, reports, and correspondence.
* Strong knowledge of Office Professional and Outlook.
Education / Qualifications
Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering or Technical High School diploma.
Languages
English Proficiency.
